Mini Puffed Cheese Pastries are called Pitarakia in Greek, which actually means “little pies”, and they are extremely simple, but extremely tasty at the same time. These traditional little cheese pies (pitarakia) are originally from the island of Milos and will amaze you with how flavourful they are.

Wheat flour (wheat gluten, flour improvers: ascorbic acid, cysteine), water, vegetable margarine (in varying proportions non-hydrogenated vegetable oils
(cotton oil or sunflower oil) and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm oil, palm kernel oil), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavour, colour: ß-carotene), salt.

Semolina (wheat), water, mizithra cheese, “edesma” white (powdered skimmed cow milk, vegetable oil: palm oil, salt, acidity regulator: E270, rennet), 5% Feta cheese, 5% white cheese, modified corn starch, salt, pepper.
