Aged for a minimum of 60 days, this cheese has a distinct and rich taste that is appreciated by the true “feta” connoisseurs and is celebrated for its versatility. High protein content. Krinos Greek Feta Cheese is made according to traditional methods from the milk of sheep and goats grazing freely in the PDO region of Epirus. Brined and aged for over 60 days, our Feta is “a must” for a Greek Salad or Meze table.

Use this wonderful cheese to add a bright contrast to a watermelon and arugula salad. For an elegant warm flatbread, sprinkle our Feta over fig jam and basil and drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar. For a lighter option, toss our feta over flatbread lightly coated in olive oil, with freshly sliced tomatoes, olives and oregano – and heat until the cheese starts to melt.

To add instant “Greek flare” to omelets, roasted vegetables, burgers, kebabs and fish dishes, or dips and spreads, just add Feta and oregano!
